Voicelyst is a web-based tool that helps mobile-first product teams extract insights from app reviews, such as UX themes, pain points, sentiment, and product opportunities.

To use Voicelyst, you may need to create an account. You're responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Misuse, sharing, or unauthorized access may lead to suspension.

4. Usage Limits

Each pricing tier (Explorer, Builder, Strategist) defines the number of searches and features available to you. Abuse of usage volume or insight generation is prohibited.

5. Payments

All payments are securely processed through third-party providers. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Prices are subject to change with notice.

6. Ownership

You retain rights to your account data. However, we retain all rights to the platform, generated insights, and proprietary logic.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Scrape, duplicate, or reverse-engineer the platform.
Use outputs for harmful, abusive, or unlawful purposes.
Share subscription access with unauthorized users.

8. Termination

You may stop using Voicelyst at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

9. Disclaimer

Voicelyst is provided “as-is” without warranties. We don't guarantee specific business outcomes or insight accuracy.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates implies acceptance.
